We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, drive cost efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

• Lead the finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
   

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is required.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
