Job Summary
We are hiring a Growth and Performance Lead to take full ownership of our customer acquisition and growth funnels. This role requires strong data fluency, A/B testing experience, and an innovative mindset to scale our digital growth efforts across platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user growth and retention
- Manage performance marketing across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
- Analyze funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to drive aligned growth efforts
- Measure ROI and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related fields
- 4–6 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CRM tools, and SQL
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
