We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Settlements and Reconciliation Manager to lead the reconciliation of large transaction volumes across various payment platforms. This role demands a high level of accuracy, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to improve liquidity management.

• Oversee daily transaction reconciliation across banks, payment partners, and internal systems
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues in a timely manner
• Manage settlement timelines and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Optimize bank charges and negotiate favorable transaction fees
• Ensure compliance with CBN, AML, and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for seamless treasury functions
   

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance, treasury, or reconciliation—preferably in fintech or banking
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliation software
• Deep understanding of CBN regulations and AML policies
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
