Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, articulate, and well-presented female NYSC Intern to join our consulting firm as a Front Desk Officer. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in customer relations, administrative coordination, and corporate communication. As the face of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client and guest has a positive first impression.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, guests, and staff warmly – both in-person and virtually
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain a visitors' log
- Assist with documentation, filing, and other basic administrative tasks
- Provide support to the HR/Admin team as needed
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings and company events
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
Requirements
- Must be a female NYSC member currently serving in Lagos (preferably around Lekki axis)
- B.Sc./HND in any relevant field (e.g., Business Admin, Mass Communication, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Professional appearance and positive work ethic
